Studio.
seam® is a one-person design and systems studio between London and İstanbul. The name is the thesis: the front of the house and the machinery behind it, stitched into one seam.
Most studios hand you a pretty front end and leave the plumbing to someone else. We build both, together.
One umbrella, four ventures. Seam Vision detects fabric defects. Misafir looks after guests. Quotewright turns RFQ emails into quotes. Seam Studio is the web work that ties it all together.
The face behind the projects.
A one-person studio by design — with specialists brought in per project when the work calls for it.
Alp Şişman is an Information Management for Business student at UCL, building Seam between London and İstanbul. He designs the sites, writes the code, and wires the automation — the same pair of hands from first sketch to production.
The studio grew out of real systems: a computer-vision platform for textile defect detection, an AI concierge for hospitality, and a quote-automation engine running against a manufacturer’s live catalogue. Bilingual, Turkish and English — sites and systems ship in both by default.
